Giving Something Back

We are very proud to be giving something back to people in our community and in the wider world.

Beehive sponsorship

Sadly the UK’s bee population is in noticeable decline. We’re doing our bit to redress the balance by sponsoring beehives at Crossmoor Farm in Lancashire. Not only are we helping to safeguard the future of British bees, but the honey they produce is used at our catering sites.

Build Africa

Since 2008 our people have raised funds to help build a primary school in rural Uganda. With their makeshift classroom facilities a thing of the past, the children of Bunyama School can now look forward to seeing their potential fulfilled, underpinned by a solid education.

In India, by providing Life Water in school dining rooms and at events, we have helped Drop4Drop to provide a clean water source for two communities.

We support this environmental regeneration charity by helping develop a rainwater harvesting system. It’s part of a garden project at Slough’s Britwell Community Centre.

Magic Breakfast

Our support for Magic Breakfast helps UK children enjoy the best start to their day. Some 700,000 children arrive each day at school too hungry to learn. By sponsoring the breakfast club at Paddington Green Primary School in Westminster, we help provide them with the fuel they need for a day of learning.

With hospitality a growth industry, there is plenty of opportunity for employment. Our work with Springboard involves assisting unemployed and disadvantaged young people to gain the skills and qualifications for a career in this sector. We also provide work experience opportunities within some of our sites.
