LACA School Chef of the Year 2018 competition
Chef, Vivienne McAllister is to compete in the North West regional final of the LACA School Chef of the Year 2018 competition.
The regional heats for this hotly contested competition are well underway. ABsolutely Catering chef Vivienne McAllister from Four Oaks Primary School in Liverpool, is preparing for the North West final that takes place on Tuesday 30 January.
For her main course, Vivienne will be serving up a delicious BBQ chicken with vegetable rice served with sweetcorn fritter followed by a dessert of plum tart with custard.
Vivienne is one of six finalists in the North West looking to secure a place in the grand final in March and the coveted title of LACA School Chef of the Year 2018. This is the most prestigious title that any school chef across the UK can hold and an exciting year is guaranteed for whoever emerges as the 2018 winner.
